Painted plein air (in the garden) with a glass of Pimms during the Covid19 lockdown. A piece of countryside I encountered many years back, near Kew if I remember correctly. I couldn't visit the countryside during lockdown, so I sort of brought it to me. A topical painting of the times and the enforced isolation from the outside world at the time of painting (April 2020).
