This is one of my 'imaginary portraits', which I started to paint while waiting for my commissioned portraits to dry. I really love painting them as I experiment with the design, colours and marks - all which then helps me with my portraiture work. This one has been commented on many times for her eyes, but I must say I like her as a whole - she says what I wanted her to say - strong, quirky woman.
